About Me

I'm Mauro Montano, a Computer Science graduate from Universidad Nacional del Sur in Argentina, with a deep passion for creating elegant, efficient solutions to complex problems.

Over the past 5+ years, I've had the opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from mobile applications to enterprise web platforms. My experience spans the entire JavaScript ecosystem, with particular expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, and Ruby on Rails.

I'm currently working as a Software Engineer at Razor and contracting with Kalkomey Enterprises, where I'm leading the migration of the HuntWise website from JavaScript to a high-performance Next.js application, and the backend from Node.js to Ruby on Rails.

I believe in writing clean, maintainable code following SOLID principles, and I'm always eager to learn new technologies and best practices. Outside of work, I enjoy building personal projects, including a React Native app that I'm preparing to launch on the App Store.
